2. Website Purpose & Services

WLCC provides access to memberships, luxury education programs, event registrations, editorial content, publications, and gated member areas. The Site may include e-commerce functionality, including the purchase of memberships and related services.

3. User Obligations

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior;
• Not upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Comply with any applicable Code of Conduct or community guidelines.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. WLCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Membership, Payments & Subscriptions

Memberships may require payment of fees, including recurring subscriptions, as specified on the Site.

By purchasing a membership, you:

• Agree to provide accurate billing information;
• Authorize WLCC to charge applicable fees;
• Accept that all payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

WLCC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes applying to future billing cycles.

WLCC may suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

By submitting your details, you agree to receive communications from WLCC, including service-related messages and newsletters. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify WLCC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Content and Grant of Rights

If you submit, upload, provide, or otherwise make available any content or information to WLCC, whether through the Site, application forms, membership submissions, email, or any other means (collectively, “User Content”), you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to do so.

You hereby grant WLCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, edit, and otherwise exploit (including for commercial and non-commercial purposes) such User Content, in whole or in part, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, in connection with WLCC’s activities, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, publications, digital platforms, directories, and events.

This licence includes the right to use your name, company name, trademarks, logos, and branding as incorporated in the User Content.

You acknowledge and agree that no compensation shall be payable for such use.

WLCC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, remove, or modify User Content at its sole discretion.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Clause applies to all materials submitted in connection with membership applications, registrations, or participation in any WLCC programs or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, publications, and software, is the property of WLCC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from WLCC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WLCC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WLCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

In no event shall WLCC’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.

You agree that the state and federal courts located within New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such disputes.
