Navigate The Evolving Landscape Of Corporate Governance

International Board Program | 4 days | 10 July – 5 September 2025

Hosted by SDA Bocconi in partnership with the University of St. Gallen, the International Board Program is designed for board members, executives, and key shareholders of large private corporations. This intensive program provides insights into international governance, equipping participants with the skills to navigate complex corporate structures, stakeholder relationships, and strategic decision-making in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key topics include governance best practices, risk management, sustainability, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. The program consists of two modules held in Milan and St. Gallen, combining lectures, case studies, and interactive simulations.

Participants will earn an Executive Education Certificate and gain access to the Bocconi Alumni Community, an international network of over 135,000 professionals. The program runs from July to September 2025
