The World Luxury Chamber of Commerce (WLCC) is a global community uniting the most distinguished luxury brands and professionals. As members of this prestigious network, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, and mutual respect. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles that all members, board members, contributors, and representatives are expected to uphold.

Purpose

This Code of Conduct serves to:

  • Ensure the integrity and professionalism of all WLCC interactions.
  • Protect the Chamber’s reputation and the collaborative environment we provide.
  • Establish clear expectations and outline the consequences of misconduct, including membership termination and refund policies.

1. Respect and Inclusivity

  • Treat all fellow members, partners, and stakeholders with dignity, fairness, and respect.
  • Embrace diversity across industries, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue, collaboration, and innovation.

2. Ethical Standards

  • Conduct all business dealings with honesty, transparency, and integrity.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any such conflicts promptly.
  • Respect confidentiality and use proprietary or sensitive information only for intended purposes.
  • Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Accountability and Honesty

  • Communicate truthfully and represent your business, credentials, and affiliations accurately.
  • Take ownership of your actions and decisions.
  • Report any unethical, illegal, or questionable behavior to WLCC without fear of retaliation.
  • Use WLCC resources, platforms, and privileges responsibly and in line with our mission.

4. Professionalism and Brand Representation

  • Represent WLCC and your own brand with professionalism at all times.
  • Uphold the image of excellence and leadership expected of luxury industry members.
  • Engage constructively with peers, partners, and media through all WLCC-related
  • channels.
  • Strive for continuous growth, personal development, and contribution to industry standards.

5. Community and Industry Leadership

  • Contribute positively to the plobal luxury community through collaboration, mentorship, and innovation.
  • Promote ethical business practices and responsible luxury.
  • Support initiatives that enhance the industry’s sustainability, integrity, and plobal reputation.

6. Integrity of Engagement

  • Members must engage in WLCC activities in good faith. Opportunistic, manipulative, or malicious behavior — including spam-like outreach or misuse of the network for self-serving gain — is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.

7. Compliance and Enforcement

  • Membership in the WLCC requires full compliance with this Code of Conduct.
  • Violations will be subject to review by WLCC’s internal committee.
  • If a breach is confirmed, WLCC reserves the ripht to terminate membership. In such cases, the member’s financial contribution will be refunded.
  • Reinstatement of membership will not be considered for individuals or businesses found in serious or repeated violation.

By joining WLCC, each member agrees to uphold these principles and contribute to a global community of excellence, collaboration, and trust in the luxury industry.
