For this edition, the fireside discussion will explore how luxury brands can transform client relationships into a strategic advantage through the art of hosting.
Our guest speaker, Liz Batsche, Founder of Well Hosted, LVMH alumna, and former investment banker, will share perspectives from her experience in high-touch luxury environments. The conversation will focus on how brands can move beyond traditional selling to adopt a hosting mindset – building client-facing teams that cultivate trust, elevate the client experience, and strengthen long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Session Experience
The 90-minute session is carefully designed to create both insight and meaningful connections.
It begins with a 30-minute fireside conversation with the guest speaker, followed by 40 minutes of curated member introductions, allowing participants to briefly present their businesses and connect with fellow leaders. The session concludes with a 20-minute moderated discussion, encouraging open exchange, questions, and peer insight
