The World Luxury Chamber of Commerce<\/a> (WLCC)<\/strong> has announced the inaugural TOP Luxury Business Education 2026<\/strong>, a new WLCC Selection<\/strong> recognizing leading universities and business schools for the strength and relevance of their luxury-focused programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Published in September 2026, the selection brings together institutions from around the world that are contributing to the education of current and future luxury business professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luxury education today extends well beyond a single type of institution. It can be found within established business schools, universities, fashion institutions and hospitality schools, through programs covering luxury management, brand strategy, fashion, hospitality, leadership, marketing and executive education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOP Luxury Business Education 2026<\/strong> was created to recognize institutions offering credible and relevant opportunities to study, understand, and engage with the business of luxury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the WLCC Selection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TOP Luxury Business Education<\/strong> is not intended as a traditional league table based on a single numerical score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, the WLCC Selection<\/strong> provides a curated view of institutions with notable luxury-focused educational offerings. The emphasis is on the institution and its contribution to luxury business education, while recognizing that, in many cases, its relevance to the sector comes through one or more specialized programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative also reflects WLCC’s commitment to strengthening connections between academia and the international luxury business community, encouraging greater exchange of knowledge, expertise, and perspectives across the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the Selection Was Researched<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The inaugural selection was developed through research and review conducted by the WLCC research team<\/strong>, with input from the President of the World Luxury Chamber of Commerce<\/strong> and selected WLCC Honorary Board Members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research considered institutions across multiple areas of higher and executive education rather than limiting the selection to schools exclusively dedicated to luxury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is important as highly regarded institutions approach luxury education in different ways. Some offer dedicated luxury management programs, while others address the sector through fashion, hospitality, business, marketing, leadership, or executive education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final selection therefore reflects the breadth of luxury business education available internationally and recognizes the different academic models through which luxury expertise is being developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
